This project investigates emotion of disgust and complex kinds of pleasures we take in it. This is important in connection with Product Design, which only focuses on easy, ‘feel good’ experience. Disgust is one of the strongest aversions and yet it exerts a demonic pull of attraction. This project aims to employ disgust as a means of providing complex aesthetic experience.
This project is supported through a MEAD Scholarship awarded by University of the Arts London.
